We are asking that ALL parents of students use FinalForms and complete their portion ASAP for the 2020-2021 school year. Go back to the FInalForms login page and click on Student then enter your school email address and and password. Enter your school email password and then again. Click on the blue link to confirm your account. Open Gmail and open the email from FinalForms. Students in grades 6-12: You must sign some of the documents in FinalForms. If you have not received an email from Final Forms within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or create your FinalForms account by going to ->New Account Please click the link and follow the steps to login and access your student(s). IMPORTANT: You will receive an account confirmation email from FinalForms if you had a valid, up-to-date email in PowerSchool. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current for the 2020-2021 school year. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign back-to-school and athletic participation forms for your students. We are very excited to announce that Central Montcalm Public Schools has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service that will be replacing paper forms.
